You have a bracket on a shaft, for which you have up to 9 different tools. Straight hoe, wire hoe and torsion hoe. If you have them all, it is probably appropriate to have them in a backpack. You can hang a single one in a carabiner hook, which you attach to the trousers.
Attached with wing nut to a base holder that sits on a wooden handle. Should be 26 mm in thickness.
